人迎寸口脉诊法对椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的针刺研究

Clinical Research on Acupuncture Treatment on Vertebrobasilar Insufficiency Utilizing the Pulse-Taking of Renying and Cunkou

目的:探讨人迎寸口脉诊法对椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕针刺治疗的影响。方法:60例符合椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组运用人迎寸口脉诊法指导针刺补泻,对照组予平补平泻针刺法,比较两组治疗前后症状改善情况及椎-基底动脉平均血流速的变化情况。结果:两组患者治疗后临床疗效比较有统计学意义,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。且治疗组治疗后椎-基底动脉平均血流速较对照组相比显著提高,亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人迎寸口脉诊法指导的针刺补泻法能显著改善椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的症状,增加脑血流量,提高临床治疗效果。

Objective ： To study the clinical effects of acupuncture treatment utilizing the pulse-taking of Renying and Cunkou. Methods ：60 patients of vertebrobasilar insufficiency were randomly divided into intervention and control groups. The intervention group was treated with acupuncture treatment utilizing the pulse-taking of Renying and Cunkou, and the control group with general acupuncture treatment. After 2 weeks,the patients＇ vertigo degree and symptoms and changes of TCD before and after treatment were compared. Results： The acupuncture treatment utilizing the pulse-taking of Renying and Cunkou can significantly ameliorate the clinical symptoms of vertigo and abnormal flow of TCD than that in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions：It is obviously effective to treat ver tebrobasilar insufficiency with the acupuncture treatment utilizing the pulse-taking of Renying and Cunkou.
