眼针对脑缺血再灌注模型大鼠COX-2、PGE_2、IL-1β表达影响的实验研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的:探索脑缺血再灌注损伤后炎症反应发展变化规律,观察眼针疗法对脑缺血再灌注损伤的炎症反应影响。方法:应用线栓法复制出脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠的模型,采用眼针治疗。再灌注24h后处死取材,采用ELISA方法对各组大鼠血清中COX-2,PGE2,IL-1β的含量进行检测。结果:眼针治疗组及体针治疗组大鼠血清中COX-2,PGE2,IL-1β含量较模型组有所降低,有统计学意义;眼针对照组与模型组比较变化不显著,没有统计学意义。结论:眼针疗法对脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠的治疗作用可能通过其下调COX-2,PGE2,IL-1β的表达而实现。 Obiective :To explore the rule of the inflammatory development after cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury, and observe the eye-acupuncture curative effect on the inflammatory response of ischemia reperfusion injury. Methods: The string thrombus method was used to replicate the rat model of cerebral isehemia reperfusion injury ,which used eye-acupuncture therapy. The rats were sacrificed after 24 hours'reperfusion and ELISA method was used to detect COX-2,PGE2 and IL-1β levels in rats' serum. Results:COX-2, PGE2 and IL-1β levels in serum of eye-acupuncture treatment group and body-acupuncture treatment group ,were both significantly decreased. It was statistically significant compared with that in the blank control group. The levels of eye-acupuncture control group and model group did not change significantly, therefore it had no statistical significance. Conclusion : Eye-acupuncture therapy for rats of cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury may by through reducing COX-2, PGE2 and IL-1β levels to achieve the effect.
