不同通络中药对糖尿病大鼠坐骨神经中NF-κB表达的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:通过观察不同通络中药对糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)大鼠坐骨神经中核转录因子NF-κB蛋白表达的影响,来探讨不同通络中药对其的防治作用及其机制。方法:187只DPN大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、辛味通络组、藤类通络组、虫类通络组,分别于治疗后2周、4周、8周尾静脉采血测定血糖值,之后处死大鼠取坐骨神经行免疫组织化学法。结果:各治疗组与同期模型组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01),同期治疗组之间比较坐骨神经中NF-κB的表达无显著性差异。结论:不同通络中药随着疗程延长均能延缓神经病变进程,其保护机制可能与调节NF-κB信号系统有关。 Objective:Through observing the effect of different Chinese medicines for smoothing collaterals on the albumen expression of NF-κB in the sciatic nerve,exploration about the mechanism and method of preventing and treating DPN was made. Methods:IS7 rats were randomly divided into five groups, including normal control group, model control group, Xingwei Tongluo group ,Tenglei Tongluo group, Chonglei Tongluo group. Plasma glucose level was measured by vena caudalis in 2th ,4th ,Sth week, and then the rats were killed, the sciatic nerve was taken out, NF-κB albumen expression of the sciatic nerve was observed by immunohistochemical method. Results :The NF-κB level of sciatic nerve in the model group was obviously higher than that in the therapeutic groups in the corresponding time period (P 〈 0. 01 ), however there was no obviously difference among the three therapeutic groups( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion :The different Chinese medicines for smoothing collaterals can postpone the neuropathy. The protective effect is possibly related to regulating the NF-κB signal transduction system.
