摘要
文章从情报概念的演化和情报学学科定位两个方向初步梳理了钱学森情报学思想的学术脉络,对钱学森提出的"情报是为解决特定问题而激活的知识"经典定义进行了分析,阐述了基于综合集成思想的情报概念集成观。系统论述了钱学森将情报学定位于思维科学的观点,指出其与定位于管理学的关系,并从社会思维学的角度探讨了情报学个体—群体—社会视角的统一观问题。
This paper summarizes the academic track of Qian Xuesen＇s thought on information science from the perspective of the evolution of the concept of information and the disciplinary orientation of information science, analyzes the classical definition put forward by Qian Xuesen that ＂Intelligence is the activated knowledge for solving specific problems＂, and expatiates on the integrated information concept view based on recta-synthetic thought. The paper systematically discusses Qian Xuesen＇s view which locates information science on noeric science, points out the relationships between this view and the view which locates informarion science on management science, and discusses the unified view of information science＇s individual-group-social angles of view from the perspective of social noetic science.
