摘要 虚拟团队在组织的知识应用与协作中日益发挥重要作用,因此有必要探究虚拟团队内部的交互记忆系统(TMS)。文章针对虚拟团队更难以形成和运行TMS的特征,尝试探讨虚拟团队TMS的各维度内涵与传统团队的区别,用团队行为整合替代协调,探索行为整合与认知成分的相互关系,提出一个更全面的TMS模型,以期为虚拟团队的研究与管理提供一定启示。 The virtual team plays an increasingly important role in knowledge application and collaboration of the organization. Therefore, it's necessary to explore the Transactive Memory System (TMS) within the virtual team. In accordance with the characteristics that the virtual team is more difficult to form and run the TMS, this article tries to explore the differences of TMS's dimensional connotations between virtual team and traditional team. The article uses the team' s behavioral integration to replace the coordination, explores the correlations between behavioral integration and cognitive component, and proposes a more comprehensive model of TMS in the hope of providing certain inspirations for the study and management of virtual teams.
