产学研合作创新中的知识转移过程模式

The Model of Knowledge Transfer Process during Industry-University-Research Institute Cooperative Innovation

针对"如何提高产学研合作创新效果"这一当前企业关注的难点问题,在简要评述国内外研究现状的基础上,考察企业与学研机构的互动发现,企业与学研机构的合作前途光明,但路途艰辛,因而企业与学研机构合作是一个逐步发展的过程,需要经历单链合作、互动合作、一体化合作3个阶段。在产学研合作实现的过程中,企业在单链合作阶段获得新显性知识,在互动合作阶段获得主要成分为显性知识的企业专有知识,而到一体化阶段则获得主要成分为隐性知识的企业专有知识,企业创新能力随之不断提升。知识转移过程的不同,会直接影响到产学研合作提高企业创新能力的效果。

As to the difficult problem paid attention to by the enterprise at present that how to improve the innovation effective- ness of industry-university-research institute cooperation, this paper, based on the brief survey of the research status at home and a- board, reviews the interactions of the enterprise with the university and research institute and discovers that the prospect of the coop- eration of the enterprise with the university and research institute is bright, but its path is hard. Therefore, the cooperation of the en- terprise with the university and research institute is a gradually developing process, which needs to go through 3 phases, namely, single-chain cooperation, interactive cooperation and integrated cooperation. During the implementation process of industry-universi- ty-research institute cooperation, the enterprise obtains new explicit knowledge in the single-chain cooperation phase, obtains the enterprise expertise with the explicit knowledge as the main component part in the interactive cooperation phase, and obtains the en- terprise expertise with the tacit knowledge as the main component part in the integrated cooperation phase. The enterprise innovation capacity is thus improved continuously. Different knowledge transfer process will directly affect the effectiveness of industry-universi- ty-research institute cooperation in improving enterprise innovation capacity.
