摘要
文章在分析SECI知识转化模型的基础上,提出了知识转化与组织创新过程中的3个维度:知识管理、组织环境与组织创新,构建了知识创新实现的模型。实证分析表明,组织因素对知识管理呈现显著的正向影响,知识管理对组织创新呈现显著的正向影响。
Based on the analysis of the SECI knowledge transformation model, this article puts forward the 3 dimensions in the knowledge transformation and organization innovation process: knowledge management, organizational environment and organization innovation, and constructs the implementation model of knowledge innovation. Empirical analysis shows that organizational factors have remarkable positive effects on knowledge management, and knowledge management has remarkable positive effects on organization innovation.
