情报研究质量控制——从兰德公司高质量情报研究规范谈起

Quality Control of Intelligence Research:Proceeding from the High Quality Research Standards of RAND Corporation

文章从兰德公司高质量情报研究规范入手,在介绍其研究规范内容的基础上,分析出兰德公司的做法经验,并以此为依据,提出加强情报研究质量要从"三律"研究、"三维"质量控制、"三型"人才培养入手。

Proceeding from the high quality research standards of RAND corporation, this article analyzes the practical experi- ences of RAND corporation based on the description of the content of its research standards. And on this basis, the article suggests that intelligence research quality should be improved from ＂three n^les＂ research, ＂three dimensions＂ quality control and ＂three types＂ personnel training.
