In China, the healthy development of a civil society is the inevitable trend for the overall social advancement. Being an important behavioral subject of the political party system with Chinese characteristics, the participating parties in China are natural bond between the State and the society in terms of its role definition and functional value. Therefore, the participating parties shall make the most of their intrinsic advantage, cultivate and guide the healthy development of the civil society.
