一种高可靠大容量信息记录仪设计方案研究

摘要 针对测控系统对数据全记录的需求,提出了基于龙芯CPU和VxWorks的信息记录仪设计方案。利用超级电容储能技术,保存了掉电瞬间的数据,实现了数据全记录。通过改进USB大容量存储技术,存储容量可以不受VxWorks的限制。采用这种方案的信息记录仪可记录多种接口数据,且对1553B和CAN总线数据实现了无过滤监听,存储容量达到2TB。这种信息记录仪通过了试验验证,进入了工程实用阶段。 Aiming at meeting the requirements of lost-free data recording in the test control system, a scheme of information recorder design based on Loongson CPU and VxWorks is proposed. The super capaci- tor energy storage technology is used to guarantee the received data which can be saved safely when the pow- er suddenly loses. Meanwhile, the limitation of the storage capacity of VxWorks is overcome by improving the USB massive storage technology. Nevertheless, the multi-interface data recording, 1553B and CAN bu- ses unfiltered data monitoring and 2TB storage capacity are achieved. This scheme is passed in the environ- mental test and is actually applied to some projects.
