Study on the characteristic and countermeasures of postgraduate enrolment of medical discipline

研究生已经成为高校科研的主力军,生源质量直接关乎研究生的培养质量,同时也直接关乎着医学学科建设的发展。分析了江苏大学基础医学与医学技术学院近年来医学学科硕士研究生招生状况,提出了相应对策与措施,为今后的研究生招生工作提供参考。

Postgraduates have become the main body in research activities in universities. The quality of the source of the postgraduate has great effected on the quality of the postgraduate＇ s education and the development of the medical discipline. We have analysed the characteristics of the postgraduate enrolment of medical discipline in Jiangsu University, and have put forward the corresponding coun- termeasures to provide foundation for the postgraduate enrolment.
