摘要
报道了硫醚取代的杯[4]芳烃化合物的合成,以此化合物为敏感材料,研制了聚氯乙烯膜的银离子敏感场效应晶体管(Ag+-ISFET)传感器。Ag+-ISFET传感器对银离子表现出了优良的能斯特响应,响应斜率为58 mV/pAg,同时该传感器对碱金属、破土金属及过渡金属离子有极高的选择性,在 10-2~10-5 mol/L范围内有良好的线性关系,检测限为 10-5.5mol/L。
The thioether substituting calix[4]arene has been synthesized and tested as sensitive material in silver ion-sensitive field-effect transistor device based on polymeric matrix membrane. The device has shown a Nernstian response of 58 mV/decade, good selectivity coefficients toward alkali metals, alkali earth metals and transition metals interfering ions, linear response in the concentration range of 10-5 ~ 10-2 mol/L, and 10-5.4 mol/L for determination limit.
