甲氨喋呤经紫外光照射后的低温燐光分析及应用

摘要 甲氨喋呤(MTX)经UV光化学反应后燐光增强,寿命变短,燐光增强程度与MTX量呈线性相关。建立了MTX经UV光化学反应后的燐光分析法,灵敏度高(2ng),专一性好,应用于脑肿瘤病人脑室给药后脑液中MTX的浓度分析,并计算了药物动力学参数。 The phosphorescence of methotrexate(MTX) was intensified 3 times after ultraviolet (UV) irradiation in acid media, and the life-time of phosphorescence became shorter. A linear relationship between the amount of MTX and the increment of phosphorescence after UV irradiation was observed. A simple, sensitive method for determination of MTX was developed. It has been used for the determination of MTX in cerebrofluid after icv treatment for brain tumor patient with MTX, and the pharmarcokinetic parameters were calculated.
