中心体蛋白的肿瘤学应用研究进展
摘要
近年来中心体蛋白(ninein-like protein,Nlp)与肿瘤发生发展与治疗的相关研究已成为热点,其过度表达与细胞有丝分裂不稳定相关,且研究发现其在肿瘤中过度表达是化疗耐药的一个重要因素。Nlp为肿瘤基础研究与临床应用提供了新视角,其可能成为肿瘤早期诊断和药物治疗的重要分子靶点。
