各种阴道成形术的临床应用及其评价

Clinical application and evaluation of vaginoplasty

目的探讨多种阴道成形术在临床应用的相关问题。方法查阅近年国内外相关文献,对目前临床应用较多的几种阴道成形术进行评述。结果对于大多数患者来说,非手术治疗是一线治疗方案。若患者不接受非手术治疗或顶压失败可选择Sheares阴道成形术或乙状结肠代阴道成形术。组织工程阴道成形术也许是未来阴道重建发展的方向。结论何种阴道成形术为最佳选择目前尚无定论,应对阴道缺如患者进行医学-心理-社会综合治疗,并对其进行长期随访和帮助。

Objective To evaluate the effect on some types of Vaginoplasties in clinical use. Methods Recent literatures concerning vaginalplasty at home and abroad were extensively reviewed and the investigations were summarized. Results The nonsurgical management was preferred to be the first choice of therapy of vaginal agenesis. If the patients refused to accept nonsurgieal management or the management was unsuccessful, Sheares＇ Method of Vaginoplasty and sigmoid colon vaginoplasty would be used as alternatives to nonsurgical management. Vaginoplasty by tissue engineering might present the direction for the development of vaginal reconstruction. Conclusion Though there is no accepted argument that which types of vaginoplasty is the best choice for patients with vaginal agenesis, a collaborative treatment of bio - psycho - social approaches should be adopted and support and long - term follow - up should be provided beyond the initial treatment period.
