摘要
低氧诱导因子1(HIF-1)是机体的一种重要转录因子,在机体炎症过程中起着重要作用。它是由α和β亚基构成的异二聚体,其中α亚基受低氧调节,在常氧细胞中易被降解。研究发现,即使在常氧条件下HIF-1也能在炎症中发挥重要作用。本文就近年来HIF-1在炎症方面的研究作一综述。
Hypoxia-inducing factor 1 (HIF-1) is an essential transcription factor. It plays an important role in inflammation. HIF-1 is a heterodimer consisting of HIF1α and β subunits. The HIF-1α subunit is directly controlled by the oxygen concentration and is easily degraded in normoxic ceils. Recently, the study found that even in normoxic conditions, HIF-1 in inflammation play an important role. In this review,we summarized the studies of HIF-1 in inflammatory.
