摘要
为促进国网省整定计算一体化工作开展,解决由于各地整定计算工作独立开展造成的'信息孤岛'问题,给出一种基于图模拼接搭建整定计算数据中心的方法。通过对继电保护整定计算一次、二次设备信息交互进行建模分析,采用基于CIM标准的模型拼接方法、SVG格式的图形交互方法和运行方式拼接搭建整定计算数据中心,并对整定计算数据中心的维护和未来的功能应用进行了介绍和探索。整定计算数据中心的建设应用最大化地实现各级各单位整定计算工作之间的模型图形信息整合和共享,提高继电保护整定计算、定值管理以及运行管理水平,为大规模互联电网的一体化整定计算工作提供了思路和解决方案。
In order to promote setting calculation integrated work and solve the problem of "Information Island" which is caused by doing setting calculation work independently, we propose a method based on splicing of model and figure to build setting calculation data center. The modeling of primary and secondary equipments is analyzed. Three methods are used in building the data center. They are CIM based model merging method, SVG graphics interchange method and splicing of operation modes. Furthermore, the maintenance and using of this data center in future are introduced. The setting calculation data center makes the sharing of information between different grids come true. It improves the work of setting calculation, setting management and operation management. It offers solutions and new ideas for interconnected power grid integration setting calculation work.
