搅拌釜中自浮颗粒三相体系的混合时间 被引量:17

摘要 液相混合时间是搅拌过程的重要内容。在釜径386mm的搅拌釜内,采用热电偶温差法考察了搅拌桨型、挡板、气体分布器等结构因素和转速、气量、颗粒分率等操作因素对自浮颗粒三相搅拌混合的液相混合时间的影响。实验发现,轴向流动是决定液相混合时间的最重要因素,下层桨与釜底的距离以0.3D为宜,BGBG挡板最优,环径为0.8D的分布环最佳。 对45SPU+45SPD+DT配AAAA或ABAB挡板,大、中气体分布环,得到混合时间关联式为:对45SPU+45SPD+WT配AAAA或ABAB挡板,大、中气体分布环,得到混合时间关联式为: The liquid mixing time is of importance for the agitation process. The effects of impeller types, baffles, gas sparger, rotational speed, gas volumetric flow rate and particle fraction on mixing time were systematically investigated in three-phase gas-liquid-floating particle systems by measuring the temperature difference using thermocouples. It was revealed that axial flow was the most important factor for the liquid mixing time. The optimum space between lowest-impeller and tank bottom was 0.3D, the optimum baffle was BGBG, and the optimum sparger diameter was equaled to 0.8D. The correlation equations of mixing times were obtained. For the combination impellers 45SPU+45SPD+DT, AAAA or ABAB baffle, larger sparger and moderate sparger, the correlation equation of mixing times was expressed as following: For the combination impellers 45SPU+45SPD+WT, AAAA or ABAB baffle, larger sparger and moderate sparger, the correlation equation of mixing times was following:
