摘要
研究了一种从水滑石类材料制得的MgAlFe复合氧化物在高温下脱除低浓度SO_2的性能,发现它对SO_2具有很高的吸附速率,吸附容量可达每克材料吸附SO_21.2克以上,是一种性能优良的SO_2吸附剂。研究中发现这类材料存在活性温度范围为:400~700℃,材料的最佳组成比为:Mg/(Al+Fe)=3, Fe/(Mg+Al)=0.25。饱和吸附SO_2的MgAlFe氧化物可以用氢气还原再生,再生的产物为高浓度的H_2S。氢气的浓度在15~100%范围内不影响再生速率。
MgAlFe complex oxides derived from hydrotalcites appear to be a new important environmental catalysis for oxidation-adsorption of low concentration sulfur dioxide. Its basic properties of desulphuration were studied in a quartz reactor. The results indicated that MgAlFe complex oxide had high adsorptive rate on SO2, and amount of SO2 adsorbed was over 1 .2 gram per gram of sorbent-catalyst, it is much higher than other materials. The results also indicated the MgAlFe complex oxide had an active temperature range of 400-700℃ and the suitable composition of the material was Mg/(Al+Fe)=3 and Fe/(Mg+Al)=0.25. All MgAlFe complex oxides used were found to be regenerable under hydrogen and the main products observed were H2S. The concentration of hydrogen (within 15-100%) did not affect the regenerative rate and the regenerated MgAlFe complex oxides still kept its good adsorptive ability even after its 10th regeneration.
