乙醇对氢化可的松在氯仿-水体系中分配行为的影响

摘要 氢化可的松在氯仿-水体系中分配系数的公式指出,用氢化可的松在两相中的溶解度可以预测其分配系数,通过实验分别研究了乙醇的浓度对氢化可的松在氯仿和水中溶解度及在两相中分配系数的影响。实验结果表明,乙醇的浓度与氢化可的松在水中的溶解度呈线性关系:与氢化可的松在氯仿中的溶解度呈指数关系;与氢化可的松在氯仿-水体系中的分配系数呈抛物线关系。此结果与理论预测存在偏差,这是由于乙醇在氯仿-水体系中分配系数很小,对氢化可的松在系统的平衡有较大影响造成的。综合以上因素,以及考虑到产量和生产成本等指标,证实了生产工艺中确定的乙醇浓度为水相体积的5%是合理的,为进一步回收乙醇提供了实验和理论基础。 The aim of this paper was to study the effect of alcohol on distribution ratio behavior of hyhrocortisone in chloroform/water system. According to the formula of distribution ratio in two phases, the experiment researched the effect of alcohol on distribution ratio of hydrocortisone in chloroform/water system and on the solubility of hydrocortisone in chloroform, in water respectively. The result showed that the relationship between the solubility of hydrocortisone and the concentration of alcohol was linear in aqueous phase and was exponential in organic phase. In the meanwhile, the relationship between the distribution ratio of hydrocortisone in chloroform/water system and the alcohol concentration was parabolical. As a conclusion, concentration of alcohol could on the one hand enhance the dissolving ability for hydrocortisone and on the other hand, it could effect strongly on the distribution ratio of hydrocortisone. It was also proved that the 5% alcohol concentration which was commonly used in hydrocortisone production was rational.
