摘要
在2升的卧式双轴自清洁型搅拌床反应器中对负载型稀土催化剂催化的丁二烯气相聚合过程进行了实验研究。考察反应温度和压力等因素对聚合速率和分子量及其分布的影响。确定了合适的反应条件并获得了有关的动力学参数。
The study of gas phase polymerization of butadiene on supported rare-earth catalyst was carried out. A self-cleaning stirred bed reactor with double axes was designed, especially for solving the problems of l,4-cis-polybutadiene particles' agglomeration and sticking to the walls of reactor. The proper conditions of polymerization were determined. The effects of temperature and monomer pressure on polymerization rate, molecular weight and its distribution were investigated experimentally. The results indicated that the polymerization rate depended upon monomer bulk concentration on lst order. The overall reaction activation energy was estimated.
