摘要
为了研究黄河鲤对水体Cu的积累效应,通过饲养试验,采用原子吸收光谱法测定组织中Cu的含量,结果表明,Cu浓度为0.1 mg/L时,黄河鲤鳃、肌肉、肝胰脏、肾组织内Cu的蓄积量随毒性试验时间的增加而增大,第13天均达到平衡,此时Cu的蓄积量为:肝胰脏(72.864 mg/kg干重)>肌肉(22.497 mg/kg干重)>肾脏(21.683 mg/kg干重)>鳃(8.914 mg/kg干重);染毒的黄河鲤放入清洁自来水中后,随着排放时间的增加,鳃、肌肉、肝胰脏、肾组织中的Cu含量逐渐下降,第13天达到排放平衡,此时Cu的排出率为:鳃(90.98%)>肝胰脏(66.31%)>肌肉(55.99%)>肾脏(42.93%)。随着Cu浓度增加,黄河鲤鳃、肌肉、肝胰脏、肾组织中铜蓄积量均明显上升,铜富集系数均逐渐降低;Cu浓度为1.00 mg/L时,富集系数最低,其鳃、肌肉、肝胰脏、肾组织铜富集系数分别为26.8、36.6、139.6和30.1。
In order to study the enrichment effects of Cyprinus carpio to water copper, the feeding experiment was conducted and the content of copper in tissues was determinated by atomic absorption spectrometry method. The results showed that the accumulation of copper in the tissues such as gill, muscle, hepatopancreas and renal was increased with the evolvement of the toxicity test time when the concentration of copper was 0.1 mg/L. The balance of enrichment appeared on the 13th day, and the copper content was that: hepatopancreas (72.864 mg/kg) 〉 muscle (22.497 mg/kg) 〉 kidney (21.683 mg/kg) 〉 gill (8.914 mg/kg). When the toxic Cyp- rinus carpio was exposed to the clean water, the content of copper in the tissues such as the gill, the muscle, the hepatopanereas and the renal was decreased gradually. The balance of emission also appeared on the 13th day, and the emission of copper was that: gill (90.98%) 〉 hepatopancreas (66.31% i 〉 muscle (55.99%) 〉 kidney (42.93%). Along with the increase in copper concentra- tion, the copper volume in the tissues was increased significantly, but its enrichment factor was decreased gradually. When copper concentration was O. 1 rag/L, its enrichment factor was the lowest. It was 26.8, 36.6, 139.6, and 30. 1 in gill, muscle, hepatopan- creas, and renal, respectively.
