农民参与农业职业培训的影响因素研究——基于无锡市阳山镇的调研分析

Study on Influencing Factors of Farmers Involved in Agricultural Vocational Training:Research and Analysis on Yangshan Town of Wuxi City

农业职业培训是提高农民技术生产能力、促进农业科技推广和增加就业机会的有效途径。对无锡市阳山镇农民参与农业职业培训情况的调查分析,结果显示:农民的参与培训行为主要受内部因素和外部因素的影响,内部因素主要包括年龄、受教育程度、对农业职业培训的认知程度;外部因素主要包括培训时间、培训地点、培训方式、培训人员、培训费用。研究认为,今后要进一步强化农民的基础性教育;加强政府的宣传力度;合理安排培训时间、地点、费用;努力优化培训内容、配置培训人员、选择培训方式、组织培训实施。

The agricultural vocational training is an effective way to improve the technical production capacity of tarmers, promote agricultural science and technology extension, and increase employment opportunities. Survey analysis on farmers involved in agricul- tural vocational training in Yangshan town of Wuxi city was done here. The results showed that farmer~ behavior of participating in training was influenced by both internal and external factors. The internal factors included age, level of education, and the awareness level of agricultural vocational training. The external factors included the training time, training location, training members, and train- ing costs. Our results also indicated that we should further strengthen the basic education for farmers, strengthen government＇ s propa- ganda, have reasonable arrangements for training （time, location, and cost）, optimize training contents, configure trainers, select training methods, and organize training implementation in future.
