农药胁迫对杨树多酚氧化酶的影响 被引量:5

Effect of pesticide stress on polyphenol oxidase in poplars

摘要 确定了杨树多酚氧化酶(PPO)测定的最佳条件为pH=4.0,温度5~30℃,时间1 min。利用试验得到的反应最适条件进一步研究了戊唑醇、多菌灵、甲胺基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐(甲维盐)和阿维菌素4种农药对杨树PPO活性的影响。结果表明:不同的药剂对杨树PPO的影响不同,200和400 mg/L戊唑醇可诱导杨树PPO活性升高;100、200和400 mg/L多菌灵对杨树PPO活性升高具有明显的诱导作用;400 mg/L甲维盐对杨树PPO活性升高具有诱导作用;400和800 mg/L阿维菌素能够诱导杨树PPO活性升高。 The optimum condition for testing polyphenol oxidase(PPO) in poplars was established as follows: pH 4.0,reaction time 1 minute,reaction temperature 5-30 ℃.The effect of tebuconazole,carbendazim,emamectin benzoate and abamectin on the activity of PPO from poplars was examined in the optimum conditions.The results showed that PPO activity was enhanced in poplars treated by 200 and 400 mg/L tebuconazole,and PPO activity increased in poplars treated by 100,200 and 400 mg/L carbendazim.Furthermore,PPO activity was induced by 400 mg/L emamectin benzoate,and PPO activity was induced in poplars treated by 400 and 800 mg/L abamectin.Therefore,the effect of different pesticides stress on PPO was different in poplars.
