快速测定锌精矿中二氧化硅

Fast Determination of Silica in Zincous Concentrate

用氢氧化钠熔融试样 ,以水浸出熔融物 ,分取部分试液于硫酸介质中 ,用硅钼蓝光度法测定锌精矿中二氧化硅的含量。加标回收率在 98% - 10 2 %之间。用本法测定锌精矿中的二氧化硅与国标法结果吻合。可见本法准确、可靠 ,并且简便。

The sample is decomposed by sodium hydroxide,then extracted by the hot water.Part of solution was determined in zincous concentrate in H 2SO 4 medium by molybdenum blue spectrophotometry.The recovery is in the range of 98%-102%.When this method is used for the determination of silica in zincous concentrate, the results are coincident with country standard method, but this method is simpler and more rapid.
