摘要
研究了 Cr( ) - DBAV- Triton X- 10 0析相显色体系 ,建立了测定微量铬的析相光度法。在 p H4 .5的乙酸 -乙酸钠介质中 ,Cr( )、DBAV、Triton X- 10 0加热形成配合物 ,于 95℃恒温水浴中析相 1h,即被Triton X- 10 0相完全富集 ,最大吸收峰为 556nm,铬含量在 0— 10μg/5m L范围内服从比耳定律。用于测定水样中的微量铬 。
The optimum condition of the phase separation coloring reaction of chromium(Ⅲ) DBAV Triton X 100 has been studied and a method for the determination of trace chromium(Ⅲ) has been proposed.In pH4.5 HAc NaAc buffer medium the complex can be enriched in Triton X 100 phase when being heated for 1h in 95℃ water bath.The maxim absorption of the complex is at 556nm.Beer's law is obeyed for chromium(Ⅲ) concentration in the range of 0 to 10μg/5mL.The proposed method has been applied to determination of trace chromium(Ⅲ) in water samples with satisfactory results.
