摘要
在酸性介质中 ,痕量钼 ( )对过氧化氢氧化罗丹明 B褪色反应有较强的催化作用 ,本文研究了反应的最佳条件 ,建立了测定痕量钼 ( )的新方法 ,方法最低检出限为 5.0× 10 -10 g/ m L Mo( ) ,检测线性范围为 0— 1.0 μg/ 2 5m L Mo( ) ,用于水样及食品中 Mo( )的测定 。
A kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of molybdenum(Ⅵ) has been established.This method is based on the catalytic effect of the rhodamine B by peroxide hydrogen in a solution of acid medium.Beer's law is obeyed in the concentration range of 0—1.0μg/25mL Mo(Ⅵ),and the detection limit is 5.0×10 -10 g/mL Mo(Ⅵ).The method has been applied to the determination of trace amount of molybdenum(Ⅵ) in natural water and foods with satisfactory results.
