摘要 为提高软件可靠性测试效率,提出了一种基于混合测试的软件可靠性加速测试方法,将针对性测试方法与软件可靠性测试方法相结合,并给出了相应的混合加速测试过程.利用次序统计量理论构建了基于混合测试过程的软件可靠性评估模型.以一个仿飞机外挂物管理系统为对象进行了实例应用,给出了具体测试过程并进行软件可靠性评估,结果表明该加速测试方法克服了软件可靠性测试中普遍存在的饱和效应问题,可以有效地加快测试过程,同时提出的软件可靠性评估模型表现了较好的拟合效果并能够给出较为准确的软件可靠性评估预计结果. In order to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of software reliability testing, software reliability ac- celerated testing (SRAT) based on mixed testing method was proposed. Mixed testing is composed of both opera- tional testing and directed testing. The corresponding software reliability accelerated testing process was presented. Also a novel software reliability model based on order statistics (SRMOS) was developed to describe software relia- bility growth phenomenon in the SRAT process. Finally the verification work using Store Management System (SMS) as a case study was done and introduced. Results of the verification work demonstrate clearly that 1 ) the accelerated testing method can accelerate software reliability testing process dramatically, resolve saturation effect of testing and increase testing efficiency; 2) the proposed model is able to conduct feasible and accurate reliability as- sessment and describe software reliability growth phenomenon in the SRAT process effectively.
