客户委托我公司对其现行的"冰箱壳体"板金生产线进行改造,在对现行模具结构及油压机的工作方式进行分析的基础上,提出了模具结构上的不合理地方并进行结构改造。并介绍了在模具结构中加上限位块后的冲压工艺特点和模具的结构设计。

The client consign the alteration of the existing produce line of ＂refrigerator carcase＂ to our company. Based on the analysis of the existing die-structure and the operate-mode of oil hyraulic press, we found out the unreasonable parts of this die-structure and improved it. This article introduced the disgn of die-structure and the characteristics of punch technics which the position-limitation block was added into the die-structure.
