通过对一款含有五金嵌件的手机前壳塑胶件成型工艺分析,介绍了一种模内注塑模的结构设计方式,说明了这类模具收缩率的设定方法、浇注系统的设计要点、五金件的结构要点以及五金件与模具的配合方式,最终得到尺寸与变形量都满足图纸公差要求的塑件。

By analyzing the structure and injection process of a mobile phone front shell with a piece of metal part, introduced a mold design for this kind of mobile phone shell, explained the ways of how to select its shrinkage, the design point of its gating system, the construction points of its metal part and the fitting ways of the metal part with the mold. Finally we can get the product which dimension and deflection are all within the tolerance specified in the drawing.
