摘要
介绍柳钢RH炉耐材损毁机制及典型损毁方式,调查分析损毁状况与原因,提出优化真空室砌筑与安装、维护与使用的措施,实施后插入管使用寿命提高到100炉以上,下部槽达190炉以上。
Damage mechanism and typical damage way of refractory material for RH Furnace in Li- uzhou Steel were introduced, and its damage status and causes were investigated and analyzed; the countermeasures such as to optimize construction and installation, maintenance and operation of vacuum chamber were put forward. The service life of the inserted pipe has been used for 100 furnace and more and the bottom chute can be used for 190 furnace and more after implementing these measures.
