摘要 对SPCC冷轧钢带进行退火工艺优化试验,研究退火温度、保温时间对钢板的金相组织和力学性能的影响。通过提高SPCC退火温度10℃,缩短保温时间1 h,屈服值R_(eL)平均值降低了6.4 MPa,抗拉强度R_m平均值提高了16.1 MPa,延伸率平均值降低了1.6%(绝对值),屈强比降低了0.05,SPCC冷轧钢带的屈服强度和抗拉强度有较好的改善,罩式炉综合产量提高5.09%。 The optimization test for annealing process of SPCC cold-rolled strip were carried out, and the influence of annealing temperature, soaking time to the metallurgical structure and mechanical property of strip were researched. By raising the annealing temperature by 10~C for SPCC cold-rolled strip, shorting the holding time by 1 h, the average value of yield value ReL was decreased by 6.4 MPa, the average value of tensile strength Rm was increased by 16.1 MPa, the average value of elongation was reduced by 1.6% ( absolute value), and the yield ratio was reduced by 0.05; and furthermore, the yield strength and tensile strength of SPCC cold-rolled strip became better, while the comprehensive out- put of batch annealing furnace was improved by 5.09%.
