On the other hand, the rural non - governmental organizations have become organizers of the intangible cultural heritage conservation, promoters of the intangible, cultural heritage originality conservation, vindicators of community benefits in the constructive protection of the intangible cultural her/tage and effective providers of rural public cultural products. It is therefore a resultful way to bring these organizations, through effective management, into unique effect in the conservation of the intangible cultural heritage, so as to ensure the rural traditional culture transmitting and healthy development of new rural culture construction.
