Promote Mutual Understanding to Enhance Education Cooperation——Considerations on the Higher Education Cooperation and Exchanges between Guizhou and ASEAN Countries

2008年以来,五届"中国-东盟教育交流周"在贵州成功举办,为中国—东盟,特别是贵州与东盟之间的教育交流与合作提供良好的平台和窗口,促进了贵州与东盟间教育资源双向流动,从而推动贵州教育乃至贵州整体经济社会的国际化进程。贵州的高校与东盟国家的高校开展了多个实质性的合作项目,但是规模还不够大,数量还不够多,如何更有效地促进双边的交流与合作,值得认真思考和探索。

Abstract： Since 2008, five sessions of China - ASEAN Education Cooperation have been successmity held in Guizhou. It has become an effective platform and an idea window for the higher education cooperation and exchanges between China and ASEAN, especially enhanced the bi - directional flow of educational resources between Guizhou and ASEAN, and greatly promoted the internationalization of higher education, as well as the internationalization of total economy in Guizhou. The universities in Guizhou and ASEAN countries have carried out many substantial programs, but the number and scope are still limited. It is worth to think deeply how to enhance the cooperation and exchanges between the both sides.
