In recent years,the cases of migrant workers＇ recourse of remuneration of labor were increasing year by year.How to effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers has become a primary issue in the field of labor dispute.The paper analyzed the cases of migrant workers＇ recourse of remuneration of labor encountered in the current trial activities and proposed corresponding countermeasures for the cases with the hope to be helpful to the theoretical study of migrant workers＇ recourse of remuneration of labor.
