摘要
高素质的人民警察队伍是建设现代化警务的基础条件,在对人民警察法律素质的含义和特征的描述基础上,对我国人民警察法律素质的现实状况进行认真剖析,指出了存在的问题,并从社会、政治、经济、法律、文化五个方面,对提高人民警察法律素质的重要性进行了论述。
Highly qualified people＇s police force is a basic condition for building a modern policing.based on the description of the meaning and characteristics of the legal quality of the people＇s police,The author made a careful analysis of the realities of the legal quality of the Chinese people＇s police,pointed out the problem existed,and discussed the importance of increasing the legal quality of the people＇s police from the five aspects of society,politics,economy,law and culture.
