公安机关应增设民警《出警现场情况登记簿》

目前在基层派出所的接出警记录工作中,接警时使用《报警情况登记簿》,出警环节却没有专门的登记与记录,致使民警出警情况和现场情况日后无据可查,为发挥出警记录的民事证据功能,减少上访案件,维护社会稳定,增设《出警现场情况登记簿》已成为当务之急。

Currently in the police record of grassroots police stations,use the ＂alarm condition registration book＂ when acce-pting the alarm,but there are no special registrations and records for the working links,causing no well docu-mented in future for the working and the scene situation.To play the function of civil evidence of the police record,reduce petition cases and maintain social stability,it has become a top priority to have the ＂police scene registration book＂.
