摘要
利用化学键的观点 ,研究了一种新型硼酸盐晶体BiB3O6 的二阶非线性光学行为。计算结果表明 :该晶体确实具有很好的倍频性能。但是 ,它的性能还达不到目前实验报道的数值。从该晶体的结构特征出发 ,作者分析了所得出的结果 ,期待对该晶体性能做进一步测定。
The second order nonlinear optical behaviors of a new borate crystal BiB 3O 6 were studied in terms of chemical bond viewpoint. The results show that BiB 3O 6 surely possesses very good second order nonlinear optical responses, but its responses are not so good as what the current experimental work reported. Theoretical analysis based on the structural characteristic of this crystal explains our current calculation results, and the waiting for further measurements of its optical properties is still necessary.
