摘要
汽轮机转子在通过临界转速时会出现强烈振动,当不平衡量超过标准时导致停机。为了使机组能顺利启动,应对转子临界转速下的动平衡给予足够重视。介绍了转子的临界转速、振动特点及测量方法,分析了影响临界转速下振动响应的主要因素,给出了汽轮机转子临界转速下的动平衡试验方法,并得出相应结论,对今后的临界转速下转子的动平衡试验具有重要意义。
Turbine rotor will undergo strong vibration through the critical speed,and it would shut down when the amount of imbalance over the standard.In order to make the unit a smooth start,the balance treatment in the critical speed of the rotor should be taken sufficient attention.This article describes the method of the rotor dynamic balance test in the critical speed,and obtains some of the conclusions of the impact coefficient.It has an important significance to the rotor dynamic balance test in the critical speed.
