摘要
目的研究西兰花多肽对大鼠C6胶质瘤细胞生长的影响。方法培养C6胶质瘤细胞,用西兰花多肽(0、0.01、0.1、1、10μl/ml)作用细胞72h,MTT法检测胶质瘤细胞的生长情况。结果西兰花多肽作用C6胶质瘤细胞72h时,各药物浓度组都表现为对细胞的抑制作用,1μl/ml组(0.58±0.08 vs 0.75±0.02)和10μl/ml组(0.07±0.01 vs 0.75±0.02)表现出显著的抑制生长作用(P<0.01)。结论西兰花多肽可抑制C6胶质瘤细胞的生长,并且随着药物浓度升高药物作用增强,说明西兰花多肽具有抑制肿瘤细胞生长的作用。
Objective To study the effects of broccoli polypeptide on the proliferation of C6 glioma cells.Method Cultured C6 glioma cells were treated with different dose of broccoli polypeptide(0,0.01,0.1,1,10μl/ml)for 72h.The level of cell growth was detected by MTT assay.Results After 72h,all dosed of polypeptide inhibited the growth of cells,especially in 1μl/ml group(0.58±0.08 vs 0.75±0.02)and 10μl/ml group(0.07±0.01 vs 0.75±0.02)when compared with respective control group(P0.01).Conclusion Broccoli polypeptide may inhibit the proliferation of C6 glioma cells,and the effect is increased with dose,which suggests that broccoli polypeptide can inhibit the growth of tumor cells.
