With the advent of knowledge economy and rapid development of the Internet, knowledge management has become the new trend of digital library management. This paper is intended to discuss the basic procedures for knowledge management in digital library, build knowledge management model which is suitable for digital libraries, promote innovation and development of digital library from the knowledge capital, intellectual capital and capacity capital and strive to provide new ideas and approaches to the implementation of knowledge management in digital libraries.
