文献传递的可持续发展研究深层次涉及到图书馆信息资源建设中的"拥有与存取"关系问题,影响文献传递的可持续发展的因素,包括经费补贴、馆员能力、传递模式以及用户的信息需求等。只有通过加强文献传递服务的制度建设,创新服务模式,拓宽信息获取渠道,在网络环境下开辟一站式文献检索和自动传递平台,促进成员馆互动,适当调整图书馆资源配置及人才建设,才能确保文献传递服务的可持续发展。

Sustainable development of document delivery actually involves the issue of document possession and utility in information resources construction in library. Some factors are closely relevant to the sustainability of document delivery , like the delivery allowance, capability of librarians, delivery model, and users need. It proposes that some measures should be taken for its sustainability such as ： appropriate regulations in management, creative and efficient delivery model, and broad channels of docu- ment acquisition. Furthermore, ＂ One - Stop＂ document retrieval and automatic document delivery platform in internet environ- ment, close connections of different libraries, and regular and professional librarian training will ensure its sustainable development.
