经桡动脉行冠状动脉介入治疗新进展

摘要 冠状动脉造影已经成为确诊冠心病的金标准,传统上所采用的手术径路为股动脉途径,近年来经桡动脉入路行冠状动脉造影(TRI)已经从国家级大型医院向基层医院开展,经桡动脉途径可以完成几乎所有复杂的介入操作。现将研究现状简述如下。
