经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折60例

摘要 目的探讨经皮椎体成形手术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折并发症及其防治方法。方法2010年3月至2011年12月行经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩患者60例93个椎体,观察术中、术后出现的并发症。结果所有患者均获随访,时间为术后1-14个月,平均6.5个月。60例患者中22例出现并发症,发生率为36.6%,其中骨水泥渗漏16例,术后相邻椎体骨折3例,术中出现胸闷气短症状2例,术后出现皮下血肿1例。结论骨水泥渗漏是经皮椎体成形术最常见的并发症,严格把握手术适应证、提高围术期安全意识有助于减少并发症的发生。
