摘要 研究了蚕丝织物部分乙酰化的抗皱整理,同时对乙酰化蚕丝织物进行了红外光谱、X-射线衍射、DSC以及服用性能测试分析。结果显示,乙酰化蚕丝织物折皱弹性大幅提高,缓弹和急弹折皱回复角分别由218.5°和168.5°提升到270.5°和210.5°,结果表明,只降低蚕丝织物形成氢键能力的非交联型整理剂也能大幅度提高蚕丝织物的折皱弹性;红外光谱分析表明,乙酰化蚕丝织物的β折叠结构增加,氨基被部分乙酰化;X-射线衍射分析表明乙酰化蚕丝织物的结晶度增加;DSC分析表明,乙酰化蚕丝织物的分解温度提高,热稳定性增加;乙酰化蚕丝织物的回潮率、白度、断裂强力等基本无变化,其刚柔度有所增加,挺括性提高。 This paper studied the wrinkle resistant finishing of silk by partial acetylation.The acetylated silk was characterized by infrared spectrum,X-ray diffraction and DSC.And the wearability was also measured.The results showed that the wrinkle elasticity of the acetylated silk was enhanced by a great margin,with slow and acute crease recovery angles improved from 218.5° to 270.5° and 168.5° to 210.5°,respectively.This suggested that the non-crosslinking finishing agent which only decreases the capacity to form hydrogen bonds can also increase the wrinkle elasticity of silk greatly.Infrared spectral analysis showed that the Beta-sheet structure of the acetylated silk increased and amino group partially acetylated.X-ray diffraction analysis showed that the degree of crystallization of the acetylated silk increased.DSC analysis showed that the acetylated silk′s decomposition temperature and thermal stability increased.At the same time,the moisture regain,whiteness and breaking strength of the acetylated silk exhibited little change,with flexural stiffness improved a little.
