Dyeing thermodynamics of acrylic acid photografted linen fabric with cationic dyes

摘要 采用阳离子染料碱性玫瑰精对紫外光接枝丙烯酸的亚麻织物进行染色,采用Langmuir、Freundlich、Nernst3种模型对紫外光接枝丙烯酸亚麻织物染色的吸附等温线进行模拟,计算亲和力、染色热、染色熵等热力学参数。结果表明,阳离子染料碱性玫瑰精上染紫外光接枝丙烯酸亚麻织物的吸附等温线属于Langmuir模型,其亲和力随着温度的升高而增大,染色热和染色熵均是正值,因此,随着温度的升高,阳离子染料碱性玫瑰精从染液向纤维转移的趋势增大,即推动力越大,该染色反应为吸热反应,且阳离子染料碱性玫瑰精上染紫外光接枝丙烯酸亚麻织物引起物系紊乱度增大。 The coloration of acrylic acid photografted linen fabric was performed using cationic dye(C.I.Basic Violet 10).The Langmuir,Freundlich and Nernst models were used to describe the adsorption isotherm of acrylic acid photografted linen fabric.The affinity,heat and entropy of dyeing and other thermodynamic parameters were calculated.The results showed that adsorption isotherm of cationic dyeing of photografted linen fabric was correlated with the Langmuir model well.The affinity was found to increase with the temperature increasing,which means the larger transfer of dye liquor into the fiber dye sites and greater driving force.The positive values of heat and entropy of dyeing indicated that this dyeing was an endothermic process and caused greater degree of disorder.
