摘要
文章根据"人才资源是第一资源"、"人才是根本"等重要观点,以新时期高职院校图书馆人力资源管理现状为切入点,深入探讨了高职院校图书馆人才培养的基本策略。
According to the views that the human resource is the first resource, talent is fundamental and other important points of view, this thesis analyzes the present situation of the library of higher vocational college human resources management in the new period, and intensively discusses the basic strategies of library of higher vocational college personnel training.
