基于共词聚类的国内图书馆读者满意度研究热点透析

Analysis on Research Hotspots of the Library Readers' Satisfaction in China Based on Co-word Clustering

本文以近五年来《中国知网全文数据库》中收录的图书馆读者满意度研究文献为样本,利用SPSS为数据统计和分析工具,对其高频关键词进行共词聚类,分析其高频关键词之间的内在关系,并揭示近年来国内图书馆读者满意度领域的主要研究内容和研究热点,以期对本领域今后的研究提供一些参考。

Using SPSS statistical and analytical tools, with the library readers＇ satisfaction published literatures from 2007 to 2011 collected by CNKI full-text databases, this paper analyzes the contents and research hotspots of the information science. A coord clustering analysis is made for highly keywords and the inner relations among them are analyzed to reveal the research contents and research hotspots of the library readers＇ satisfaction in China, in order to provide some consultant revelation to the future study in this field.
