网络环境下公共图书馆为领导决策服务的新思路

New Ideas of the Policy Decision Service of Public Library for Leaderships under Network Environment

笔者在实践和借鉴同行研究成果的基础上,概述了公共图书馆为领导决策服务的发展现状和基本模式,分析了制约此项工作开展的主要因素,并对网络环境下进一步开展为领导决策服务工作进行了思考。

On the basis of author＇s practice and using the experience of research achievement of colleague, the paper gives a brief account of developing status quo and models, analyzes unfavorable factors of the work. Facing the environment of the network, it takes further steps thinking for policy decision to service leaderships.
