Procuratorial Supervision about Transferring Program in Administrative Law Enforcement Cases which Involving Crime

涉罪行政执法案件移送程序存在诸多问题,产生这些问题的原因之一在于检察监督不够。研究了行政执法机关对涉罪案件的移送程序及其存在问题,分析了检察机关对涉罪案件移送程序进行检察监督的困境,提出了完善涉罪案件移送程序检察监督的若干对策建议。

There exist many problems in the tranfer program of the administrative law enforcement cases involving crime, and the insufficient procuratorial supervision is a major cause. Analyzing the transfer pro- gram as well as its problems, this article studies the procuratorial organs＇ dilemma in procuratorial supervi- sion about the transfer program of cases involving crime and makes some recommedations to perfect the proc- uratorial supervision.
